  • Hey sorry, I've been too busy to think about it really. I've gone and got the guy's number off of someone who has dealt with him previously. I've also got his address. I'll ring him up tomorrow. I haven't named him as there is very little reason for him to actually give me back the money, if I name him what other leverage do I have? I just want my money back.

    edit: any suggestions on how to get my money back, I'm going to give him a call tomorrow and see, but i'm not hopeful. Just a pain in the arss really.

    If it does turn out to be a legit address/phone no your ultimate port of call should be the police, since this is theft. But i'm sure if the guy concerned answers the door he won't want it to get that far...

    Perhaps get a rough description of his appearance from the seller before you go? So he can't be mysteriously "not at home ever". And take mates of course.
