A few years ago we spotted a driver tweeting that he knocked a cyclist down in Richmond Park. Similarly we and the police tracked him down, a student at Kingston Uni (Med Law!). His twitter account disappeared in a few hours but traces had already been saved. No cyclist victim was ever identified so the driver's claim that it was just a joke couldn't be contradicted.
