Pop-Up Cycle Service Station - Al's Cafe Millbank Tower - SW1 - Fridays

This Friday there will be a Pop-Up Cycle Service Station on the terrace of Al's Cafe at Millbank Tower.

I'll be there all day, so if you are coming in from South-West stop by and say hi!

You can get repairs, advice or coffee and there is a great view too.

I have organised the mechanics and we all hope this will be a fun project.

7AM-7PM

We will be set up and ready from about quarter past 7.

First fixed gear this morning gets:

Free coffee
Full safety check
Spoke tension check & wheel true
Brakes checked and set up/adjusted
Chain tensioned
Tyres inspected for wear and inflated
Drivetrain lubrication

popped down to this two weeks ago, was nice to hang out with ma3k, and got my front wheel trued at the same time.
Cool space and if the weather ever turns towards the sunshine, would be great to hang out there of an evening..

Gonna pop in again this friday as well.. Another wheel needs truing..

We are here again all day today.
Taken in two general services but have plenty of capacity if you want some work done on your bike or need a coffee.

Ma3k will pop by this afternoon and get another front wheel trued. Too nice a day not to..

After pay day I plan to come get my bike serviced.

This is continuing for the forseeable future right?

We may be adding additional days soon but for now it is Fridays.
The service station is located left end of the undercroft of Millbank tower.

It is a great location and the coffee is good too.
