here's a comparable bike for about twice the money, in case anyone's wondering if the price is right

Interested!!!
Bibs need to check accounts...
Also sorry for my ignorance but what is the rear spacing 126? I have a modern Chorus 10 speed group and modern 130mm wheels just wondering about functionality..
I know I will be blasphemed for suggesting such a thing :-)
Regards..

if its currently 8 speed 126mm then it will easily stretch for 130mm ! just done the same thing and no issues .......

I know a lot of people do it but technically a 130 hub into 126 drop outs will cause them to splay, not a lot... but engineering standards and potential warnings over stresses are there for a reason I guess; I ran a 70s nag with 8 speed Mirage no problems but bloody tight to get a wheel back after a flat!

Sorry guys, but I promise I'll keep her safe. Very safe indeed.
This is a lovely compact geo Duell racing monster from Dutch master custom framebuilder Jan van Dalen. Made with Columbus SLX tubing.
Seat tube 53.5cm c-t
Top tube 54cm c-c
Equipped with a Campagnolo Chorus 8 speed group, monoplanar brakes. Mavic rims (Open front, SUP rear). Flite saddle, Italmanubri stem 3ttt handlebars. There is some small damage in certain spots to the paintjob from use, but as you can see in the photos it's still a very pretty bike. The fork was chrome when I got the bike but unsalvageably rusted, so it has now been resprayed blue.
