Forks: Chrome, columbus to match the frame or similar
Components: Second hand 105 to keep it cheap yet decent quality (already have a chain/crank set, shifters and rear mech)
Chinelli stem and bars (seem to crop up in classifieds all the time for little to nothing) with white tape
Black seat post with white Turbo saddle
Wheels: Open Pro's with 105 hubs
These are just my initial thoughts based on budget and the aesthetic I'm looking for, very much open to suggestions from people with more experience of this type of project.
