Bearing in mind this is your 10th sale thread, and you seem to have done well on the selling front.

That sale fell completely apart in the end, hence the pedals being up for sale. I just didn't have the nerve to repost the bike after all that. But fair enough a donation has just been made. A promise is a promise.

Do these pedals require clips or can they be used with ordinary shoes?

I've used them with ordinary trainers (*NB*s). As long as you have a stiff enough sole it's not a problem. But VeloBase says: *"Can be used with Shimano cleats SH-PD64", *though I think these are hard to come by.
