TBH I associate Jesus tattoos with rappers and Latino gangsters more than religious zealots... (in fact it was Mr Cartoon's work that made me start thinking about a proper tattoo, rather than a Chinese character or tribal symbols).
I've always thought if you have an artistically sound and well done tattoo, then regardless of whether or not you get bored of it or your opinions change you can at least appreciate it. That's obviously all IMO.
