I got about 6 years out of the first set of lugs on my old Eagles, and they got walked in quite a bit. The second set is fine (about 4 years on) - other bits of the shoe look more likely to become too fucked for use before this set of lugs dies - the inner padding takes quite a bashing from my razor sharp achilles.
