As much as I want to love this (bar choice and short stem aside - personal preference) everytime I see it, the very first thing my eye sees is the angle between the lower headset race and the line of the paint. It breaks the nice line of the painwork. It's one of those things...if the angle was greater, my mind wouldn't think it should be inline, if it was less, it would be read as following the same line. As it is though, it's right in the middle of that range.

Whoa yeah, that's a great point. I think that's the problem with going for that kind of paint scheme and I'm not sure how you would address it (other than a repaint). We talked at length about the angle of the black to chrome transitions.

Gonna be tweaking stem/bar combos within my fit parameters once more stuff arrives, but reluctant to move away from horns at this time.
