This is one of the best looking conversions I've seen, sounds libel you're performing we'll on it too.
I've made a disc wheel before as an experiment and it turned out pretty good, I'll make another some time and post a tutorial if its wanted.
Turned out pretty heavy at 1.25KG but was solid and made a proper rumble on the ground.
