Wanted: ladies' bike or frame only - small

Following a renovation disaster where we discovered the rear lug welding had come undone, need a ladies bike in approx 51cm - frame and forks or full bike, depending what is available?

Raleigh Silhouette F&F newly powder-coated cream, 53cm centre to top, comes with rear carrier colour matched to frame (not shown) £120. Have got various other parts available to help build along including seat post, Brooks sprung saddle, bars, stem etc.

I also have a complete 19.5 inch (50 cm) early 70's Dawes Star Celeste. It was a 5 speed but has been converted to SS. Rare fillet brazed frame, that. Nice project...
