Personally i think some black SDP-SLs would perfect it for me but obviously i'm not the one riding it. need to get those Alpina logos off aswell

I would like to go clipless at some point. Size 13 in all-black seem to be tough to find (or I'm looking in the wrong places).

Also, the Alpina logos have been taped. I might rattlecan the forks in the long-term.

I really like restraps/hold fasts on regular pedals. I can't stand pedals that are similar to RX-1s though, the lips on the front and rear plates are way too raised for soft-soled vans or anything similar. Do Nuevo's even have a second hole for horizontal straps?

You might be right about the Nuevos. No rush to change right now - still got to get used to the Sylvans, for sure.
