lots of info on this on the cervelo forum... Im pretty sure it has been done internally without any need to enlarge the bb hole as it was quite big to start with. Take the fork out then you can guide the internal wiring past the ics 3 pipes.
i was really close to doing this to my s2 but coudnt face drilling a hole in a new frame so went with a cable group. dont forget to remove / fill the riveted cable stop on the chainstay as it becomes redundant.
