Not sure if this is still available, but if it is:
£55 posted for a tubus cosmo stainless steel pannier rack, good price for an indestructible rack that looks lovely too. (when when it's mounted normally and not sky high like on this bike)
The ad has been up for a while so probably some haggle room there
