...back of hands, or palms?

Personally can't imagine getting (back of) my hands done, like ever.
I just would not want them inked, same with breast(s).

Do really love this palm lotus of him (I know I've posted it at least one time on here, but fuck it) -

I guess this will hurt like crazy. I'm pretty tolerant of physical pain, but still.
Also I'm really pondering whether it's such a good idea to get zapped in the palm.
*If somebody on here has an educated opinion on this, please share!
*Maybe it's just me, but nerves in my hands / fingers are really touchy.
I cut a delicate stencil for an hour, like a week ago, and my forefinger still aches / feels 'imprinted'.

Is there somebody on here who's experienced in doing acupuncture / acuclosure?
I'd really like to learn about possible long-term issues concearning this, before letting somebody tattoo my palm.
