Looking at the pictures and chatter on Twitter it would seem this incident took place on the un-seperated section of CS7 on the approach to Southwark Bridge (by the FT offices).
Fingers very firmly crossed for the rider involved and hoping they are okay.
I don't envy the London Air Ambulance crew, I think they do an incredibly difficult job.
