Sin ajo? Sin cebolla? Sin cilantro? Sin pimienta? Con tomates?
Ok, so your French is better than mine, but who made guacamole that looked like a frog, eh Pierre?

-
• #14309
Don't blame me on missing out garlic, blame those ruffians the Hairy Bikers. And I did add coriander and onion after taking the pic.

Avocado, garlic, cilantro*, lime juice, fine diced onion, salt, pepper.
That's it.
- In Mexico it is called cilantro so that is what I call it. In Mexico they also have jaguars roaming the forests. We can discuss the local anglicised mis-pronunciation of that particular big cat as well if you would like. Bloody forrens FTW.

we are not in Mexico, and you are not a Mexican

All 'Mexican' food is actually Texan, everyone knows that...

Not really, it's mostly the otherway around. It's the Poles and the Czechs that need to apologise though for unleashing the accordion on to the Mexican musical consciousness.

Tacowars. Very good. Luardo's fish taco was the clear winner for me and seemingly everyone else s it won. Best extra was a margarita made in a cement mixer, awesome!
-
• #14322
Sounds like a reasonable measure coming from a cement mixer. Three straws please!

It was strong as fuck and a nice bit of theatre :)
10 taco's surprisingly was quite a nice amount to eat as they weren't massive. Breddo's who are normally at Netil market did a great dexter short rib taco with pickled habanero's a little vial of hot sauce that you could add as well as popping candt, very interesting :)
