  • I had a go on my turbo trainer last night. I got bored after about 54 seconds. This is going to go well, I just know it!
    Intervals help it from being too boring.

    • 10 seconds warmup
    • 4 seconds hard effort, 1 seconds soft - repeat x 5
    • 20 seconds tempo
    • 5 seconds soft
    • 20 seconds tempo
    • 10 seconds cool down

    Total time: 1 minute 30 seconds.

    The time will fly by,
