  • ^^ I do similar stuff in the mornings* but add 1kg weights for bicep curls and the like during the squats and static lunges. It ends up not really reducing much weight because it adds so much muscle at the same time but I'm happy with that as the fat is still fucking off and the extra muscle is going to burn more fat still over time. IIRC it only took 10 days or so to drop 2 inches from my waistline using that routine.

    NB: this is every morning, for 20 mins. Unless I have a particularly bad hangover, in which case I refer to it as a "rest day"
