Are you sure you wanna go for a custom?
At our age it's not really a great idea because you could outgrow it in a month, even if you don't get much taller, longer arms will make it useless for you, best to get a bike fit and then get something around your size with room for growth.
That's the whole reason I got the seta and not some custom steel.
My gangsta will be red.

Yeah I understand your point but it will not be completely custom (so to speak) I am hoping that it will mean the frame has the right proportions but give me room for some growth. The thing is that getting different tubing alone counts as custom and the bike fit is no extra so I thought I might as well go for it...
Tell me if I'm horribly wrong
With black components? -
• #1554
Fair enough, I can't wait to see it.
Mine will have black upper components but silver rims and cranks.

• #1555
Same here gonna be great. What cranks?

Met a baby Vigorelli today

• #1566
was thinking about getting those tusk forks for my vigorelli but wasn't sure if it would mess up the geo

Mate reckons that it's not too bad, but the twitchier handling is a little unsettling in crosswinds. I'm in a similar dilemma re fork replacement considering the lack of 35mm rake forks
-
• #1568
i would advise against it. Although ive got used to it I will be swapping them for some 35mm rake forks v.soon as the increased twitchyness isnt fun in 20mph wind...
-
• #1569
Why would you want to swap the forks?
-
• #1570
mine werent drilled

• #1571
ahhh fair enough.

I'm 6'2.5" on a L Bolt with a 33" inside leg (slightly shorter legs, longer torso) if that helps any? But then I like frames slightly smaller if anything
Getting bike fit on Friday hopefully. Then finalise cost and order next week unbelievably excited! When you getting gangsta? And what colour?
