Indra - 20 mph in the wet is pretty sketchy. I don't know if you were riding brakeless or not. If you can't stop in 20 metres then you are not riding safely - that is, you are unable to react quickly enough to surprises. Though, people pulling out when they shouldn't hardly qualifies as a surprise in London. You've had quite a few incidents. I really fear that if you continue to ride in the way you do now you will, sooner rather than later, be involved in a very serious collision.

Not that that change much, it's on a part of the road that turns into a hill pretty quickly.
Not exactly sure why I couldn't stop because usually I can stop pretty quickly even in the wet, was riding with a front brake.
