Can't pin down a particular method/recipe, although getting close with this:
15.5g Square Mile La Buitrera / 250ml filter water, couple mins off-boil
Standard method, not inverted
Pour all water in, stir, seal
After 1m10s stir again and plunge over 25 seconds, stop at hiss.
Before I was leaving it for 1m30s and finding it bitter/dull, now I'm getting blackcurrants!
Would like to hear what anyone else is doing with it.
I tend to only let the grounds step in water for 30 seconds before pressing down. If that's too weak then I add more grounds rather than steeping longer.
