Velodrome Shop replied to my complaint and still refuses to refund me the return costs despite they have sent the wrong goods. .
I have a receipt which says I have ordered a Vittoria Diamante Pro light clincher and I was sent a Vittoria Diamante pro pista.
These, as can be easiliy seen on the Vittoria website** http://www.vittoria.com/product/all-tires/ **are different products despite what the seller says.
Anyone has been in a similar situation?
