Century ride for charity's centenary - help and support needed!

As per the title, I've volunteered myself to do a 100-miler to boost our organisation's profile and raise some money in our centenary year. My aim is to ride in all six counties in our Region on 1 July, starting in Norfolk (around Thetford) and ending up at our office in Cambridge (rough map). I'm behind with both my prep and my fundraising. I had really hoped to have started cycling bits of the proposed route and getting it mapped out more accurately, but injury, work and family commitments have made that impossible. So, the things I'm looking for from the forum are:

1. Experience of the route: anyone ridden around here? Roads to take/avoid?
   
2. Participation/support: anyone fancy doing this with me - all or part - and trying to help get more sponsorship in?
   
3. Equipment loan: I have no spare cash but I need some things which will make this a lot easier, particularly if I'm on my own, e.g. a bar bag to stash phone/ camera etc in - ideally with a waterproof map holder on top; portable charger; other things I haven't yet thought of...
