Spotted a cycle trainer while walking through Brockley today, got his students to "take the lane" at a t-junction then turn right without signalling.
There could be a number of reasons for that. One of which is that children often make mistakes. They're not puppets.
Yup, lots of different reasons for not signalling. For example, if there is no-one to signal to, the group is 'snaking' (acting as one long vehicle) and the trainers have signalled already or the children are a bit wobbly and it is safer to have two hands on the handlebars, etc etc etc etc... blah blah blah
