so myself & phil721 are starting a project.
as the title clearly outlines, were trying to build a full track suitable bike for free (or as little as humanly possible) we're students so we would like to think that we could manage this!
if we're successful in this we might even donate a little to the forum as thanks!
any and all parts welcome.
once we have a few parts we will make a 'current project' thread so people can see our progress! and try our best to race it at Herne hill!
