For those of you wondering what is going on, I sold a 650c NOS tubular tyre to this jerk and he wanted it sending to Portugal. He paid £13 paypal gift, and is calling me a con because I didn't reply to his last email on the 10th May (2 days ago).
I have done hundreds of transactions with other forum users and I regularly ride with other reputable forum users.
If you do wish to deal with me, I have absolutely no problem giving you a list as long as my hand for people who will vouch for me.
