Pretty happy with a 43:39 10k in Finsbury Park this morning. That's 30 secs off my previous 10k PB which was in Regent's back in Dec, and Finsbury Park is significantly less flat. Pace-wise it wasn't much slower than last weekend's 5k parkrun.
I'm not convinced it was a full 10k though. The Garmin was almost 500m short which seems way more than the usual discrepancy over that sort of distance. The strava trace is always inside the actual route, but that still doesn't seem enough to explain the difference.
