Am I one of the very few people who is a little annoyed with the move? I ordered something over the weekend and was told they should arrive within a week, but it might be longer.. no worries there as I am not in any particular rush of getting them. But the fact remains nobody has told me they will be closing their shop for a week or so and if my order is still not with them by Sat then it will be another couple of weeks wait... Like I said I am in no particular rush to get my stuff, but would be nice to have been told the potentially long wait. Especially I had just returned the same item (OK, it's a pair of shoes) of a smaller size to an online retailer and it cost me £11 to post them back. The online outlet did offer me to pop round and swap, but I thought Tokyo Fixed was closer I know the faces etc, so why not deal with them? If I had known I might not get my shoes for maybe another couple of weeks, I would have swapped with the online store and saved myself £11. And would be wearing my shoes by now.
That's it, lunch time rant over!
Apologies for that the staff should have let you know.
Chances are when the shoes arrive in our warehouse Roy or Jacob will be in touch and should be able to get them to you, even if the new store isn't open by then. If you'd like to make sure of that just drop us an email with your order info and we'll make it happen.
