Yep. Just looked, and Wiggins put over 2minutes into Nibali on the first TT in the TdF last year (shorther than this, though flatter I think?) and he put over 3minutes into him on the final TT.

Ok - bit of research reveals Nibali was 8 seconds up on Dowsett at the first split.

First TT at the tour last year was quite rolling, not that flat.
