Hmm, it all depends on what bike you need/want most. The bb and headset will probabally be weird threads so regreasing them or get some new bearings would be the hest option. Stuck seatpost a can be a deal breaker so focus your efforts on that first.
Best size to go on is TT length, if your other bikes are modern with compact geo it might fit you, but only you can tell if it fits or not!
