Started the NHS Couch To 5K program back in Jan, fobbed it off during the cold snap in March, have been following it religiously 3 days a week for the past couple of months.
However, have picked up an achy / grumbly knee as a result and have a fitness / bleep test for something I really want to pass on Monday. Ho hum - boring.
