25ms ping, 20.93 Mbps d/load, 1.13 Mbps u/load.
But still won't play a YouTube vid without stuttering/buffering/being a pain in the arse.

My Virgin cable speed just doubled, for nothing. Nice one Richo!
I'm paying for 1mb. It was bang on reliable 1mb 6months ago. Checked it the other day to compare with a mate...
Not sure what my mate is paying for but -

I think that's because of the way that youtube buffers. It used to load the whole video but now it only loads 5/10sec in advance of where you are at the time. Shite way of doing it imo

Is anyone affected by Virgin's new Traffic Management policy? I'm unsure if I am or not.
I have recently moved from a flat with a fibre optic connection, to one without and so am now on Virgin's National broadband.
I can only reach top speeds of approx 10KB/s on (well seeded) P2P downloads regardless of peak or off-peak usage. Everything else is fine and speedtest.net shows decent results.
I just ran speedtest and it's fucking sweet. 9ms ping too.
