  • Scouse comes from Lobscouse, a dish eaten in ports around Northern Europe, because it's a traditional sailors dish, as all of the ingredients can be kept on board a ship.

    This is the German/Hamburg variation, Labskaus, which is a personal favourite of mine, and I eat it a lot when I'm in North Germany.

    It looks like sick, but it's so fucking good.

    Mike and dicki were just about to tell us that. They eat it all the time.
