I've used this over the winter and it's a good little bike, I started upgrading bits with the idea of getting it resprayed eventually, but got a sweet deal on a new Cannondale instead so it has to go.

The Good points:
Reynolds 531 competition Tubing, with mounts and clearance for 25c's and mudguards. 52 seattube 54 toptube.
130 Rear spacing - Will take modern 10 speed wheels
Stronglight A9 sealed headset, professionally fitted
Soma Highway One handlebars
Ultegra Brakes
Durano Plus tyres with plenty of life left
7 Speed STI gears (Mixture of Shimano RSX and RX100 components)
The Bad points:
The wheels will need replacing soon, they are rideable at the moment but the cones and races are pitted.
Needs a respray, a dent on the toptube has been professionally repaired with brass, but that damaged the surrounding paint.
The first few threads on one side of the BB shell have been damaged, got it tapped but the first couple were beyond repair, as you can see I have a BB installed no problem, just need to be aware if you are going to install a new one as to not cross thread it.
