  • The other one is my slave, and yup, its fucking huge!
Next project - rat lopro - the right size

  • ;) yes

  • I know that, won't have a chance to get it today though.

  • Dat bridge....

  • Old Langworthy Road Salford

  • I think I know where it is but only pass there in the works van

  • Ok I've got this now, after some epic internetting which ended up turning up this on Streetview:

    !

Obviously not the same place but had me wondering for a moment!

I have actually been past this place before, but I'm not sure why

  • 'got' in the 'know where it is' sense, not the 'have tagged' sense..

  • good one! I was planning on using this as a tag at some point.

  • Old: Strangeways

    New:

I just went and got that too. I couldnt get a photo from where you did though, some nobhead security woman told me I had to have written permission to take photographs.

I just went and got that too. I couldnt get a photo from where you did though, some nobhead security woman told me I had to have written permission to take photographs.

I'd filled in the relevant photography forms in triplicate, submitted them with a proof of address, the fee and my passport. Couldn't be arsed to ride over there though.

  • I asked her why I had to have permission and she just kept saying "because it's a prison" as if I was asking a ridiculous question.

  • If you're in a public place there's certainly nothing a private security guard can do to stop you doing anything; furthermore legally speaking the only way a police officer could ask you not to take a photo is under anti-terrorism powers, nothing to do with it being a prison. Basically if you're stood on public ground you can take a photograph in any direction you care to, regardless of what happens to be in the image.

  • I know, we had a lecture on it in college once. I just didn't fancy walking away from my bike to take the photo whilst she was being a dick.

  • Yeah that's fair enough.

  • New:

Anyhooo, back to the task in hand.

This is annoying me because I know I've been here but cant remember where it is.
