It's not that it didn't work out more I couldn't miss out on the Fondriest Alu track bike that came up on the bay.
I really like it but I have a Pearson Touché for round town and lock up duties so this wouldn't get riden.

59cm Lexpress Track Bike - Road and Track set up.
I bought this but 2 weeks ago from tommmmmmm and was going to use it for summer and some track sessions at Newport but last week a bargain of a more modern track bike popped up on ebay so this will not get the use it should.
Below is a shameless C+P of tommmmmmms original Ad, I have riden it about 4 times since I've had it rides fantastic, I would love to keep it but I'm trying to keep a 1 in 1 out policy for bikes.
The bike is now in Bristol but can arrange to bring to London on certain dates and would be happy to post within the UK at additional cost.
**DIBS MUST BE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED BY PM!
I'M NOT GOING TO SPILT, IF IT DOESN'T SELL HERE IT'LL GO UP ON EBAY!**
It's a lovely bike to own, I think it's absolutely beautiful, but I don't really get that much out of riding it, and it's caught in the no-mans-land between actual track bike and beater, which means it rarely ever gets ridden. When I do ride it, I just don't enjoy it as much as I should. It needs a slightly longer seatpost to fit me properly, but I'm getting tired of making tweaks and spending money for something I'm not 100% about.
Included:
Frame and forks (59cm x 57cm ctc, unknown but light tubing, Campagnolo track ends), with Action chrome forks, drilled for brakes
Tange Levin headset
Ofmega Super Competizione cranks and BB, with 52t Suntour Superbe chainring
Time single-sided ATAC pedals
Campagnolo aero seatpost with white Rolls saddle
Two cockpit setups:
Road: Nitto RB018 bullhorns, 100mm 3ttt Pro Chrome stem, Condor tape, Cane Creek aero lever and Campagnolo Mirage Monoplanar brake
Track: 3ttt bars, 130mm 3ttt stem, bar tape porn blue-white fade Pelten tape
Two wheelsets:
Road: F Ofmega Super Competizione high flange hub, Mavic MA2 rim, R System Ex hub Mavic Open Pro rim, both with 23mm Panaracer Pasela tyres, 19t Surly cog
Track: Ofmega Super Competizione laced to Mavic Piste rims, absolutely mint condition, both with Vittoria Sei Giorni tubs - which have been used once at Herne Hill, and apart from that, only ever indoors, 16t cog
The Ofmega Super Competizione parts alone are worth a lot, especially the wheelset with near-mint Mavic Piste rims. So if you really wanted to you could buy all this and make a mint.
I'd much prefer to sell it to someone who actually wanted to ride it though.
The only bad part of note is that I sold the original forks. They weren't actually that nice anyway, they were undrilled chrome track forks with a fair bit of pitting, and they were heavier than the forks that are on it now. For the purist, though, this could be a slight issue, and this has already put off one potential buyer.
I'm after £550 for all this, which will include a 10% donation to the forum. I'd prefer not to split but would hear offers for the mini groupset (cranks, BB, track wheelset)
1.) Track setup (now has different bars, stem, saddle and post)
2.) Track setup with wrong wheels shown
3.) Current setup
4.) With risers (not included)
Thanks for looking!
