For Sale: Starnord Type C 89K - Model 700 1972 22 Inch

It is with a heavy heart that I put up for sale my Starnord - I bought this bike on the forum in 2010 as a bubble wrapped collection of parts https://www.lfgss.com/thread39631.html

Built it up, rode it a few times then put it into storage as it didnt quite fit and isn't as nice as some of my other bikes, so its time to pass it on to someone else.

Bits are pretty much completely original apart from a new front tyre and tube (turns out 30 year old rubber pops pretty easily!) Rear has a puncture so could probably do with new rubber there too.

There are now a few storage marks on the top tube and a couple of other storage scratches, but still in pretty good nick.

I'm based in Reading, but could probably arrange to get it into Paddington, but not willing to post (it's not the lightest!)

No Idea what to ask, but £100 seems fair?

Nothing wrong with being a stingy student, I was one of them once, now i'm just stingy.

I come into Paddington once every couple of weeks for work, so would depend how quickly you wanted it...

Need it before the 19th May. So a week. Although I could conceivably travel to Reading.

not scheduled to be in London next week, and can't really justify a special trip for £70.

I'm not around this weekend, but am around next week in the evenings ad next weekend, if you can get out to Reading.
