10k on sunday. hopelessly off target due to work commitments and general lethargy.
Was hoping for 45 minutes, anything under 48 would be acceptable at this stage,
when i say acceptable I think i mean miraculous.
this happens to me every time, training peaks too early and I lose form before the run, plus I always seem to end up with a cold the week before. Not too bothered this time as it's only a little thing but it buggered up the last marathon i did which is obviously a bigger commitment in terms of time.
