Disappointed if we don't have a seta race
If I'm well enough I'll race.

Riding to cadence on track gearing after intermediate training wasn't fun I must admit
I live next door and find it considerably easier on my track bike than on a road bike. Get up there twice as fast too since there is no option but to smash it.

Thanks to hats, Amey and samuelson! Can you make it down for 11.30?
I've got a whole raft of prizes from Lush (the people who make bath bombs etc), many thanks to Beca! Stinkiest forumenger gets a Lush box set...
Tomorrow is gonna be fun, pray for good weather!

Looking forward to this. I've been to a few sessions at Herne Hill this season but haven't raced yet.
But slightly concerned that I'm going to be left spinning like a coked-up hamster on 47:15? Seems comfortable in training but I've not really tried to crank it up yet.

We can have a women's race if we have enough laydeez taking part...
I'm gonna take the hare and hounds out of the programme as well as the polo bike race, Cosmic Todd's having his tapout up in Phoenix country, so we now have a couple of free slots...
I need to get some track sheets printed, who can help me out? My printer is FUBARd...
I can send PDFs...

Coupla things that'll help speed registration up...
• Be ready* for 11.30 if poss, I'll start registering ASAP...
• Bring the right money (£6), I won't have any change...
• Have an emergency contact number ready to put on the track sheet (in case you take a tumble and we need to call someone)...Once you've registered you'll get your race number, pin it just above your left hip straight away so we can see them clearly from the finish line... No number no racing...
- Track ready... Bike and you all ready to get on the track...
