You could definitely make a nice ride out of this, whether you ride back to London or on to Brighton. I've been through Partridge Green plenty of times, and there's a very good route, via Reigate, Leigh, Charlwood, Faygate, Colgate, Mannings Heath, Nuthurst, and Maplehurst. It isn't very far, only about thirty miles, I think.

Think there's 4-5 of us heading across from Southsea now. Gonna hit up the brewery, then down to Brighton , then train home.

im going to head down from suffolk, meant to go last year but it was so hot on the day that we just had a few on the beach

I am keen if anyone is riding from London, my plan would be Ride there > get the coach to brighton > train back to London.

OR ride back to horsham and take a train from there back to London, its about 10 miles from the brewery

OR - ride 10 miles to Burgess Hill - 14 mins into Brighton.

I'm defo going to do this. Looks great fun. Tempted by ride out, but may cycle from London. See what the weather is like, as luckily I've somewhere to stay nearish the day before.

Just bought a transport ticket so I've a ride back if needs. Supposedly only a few left.

possibly out due to 1. crash last week 2. not fit enough to ride fixed and no road bike :(

So my ticket is up for grabs if anyone wants.

Anyone have a route profile for the ride out? Is it going to be hard work fixed?

Nope mine is event only, i figured I can always ride to Billingshurst‎ and take the train back ..

Or Burgess Hill for some express action.
