what are your best bike bargins that you have managed?

i got a nice late 80s hand built edmond pochlopek yesterday. all campagnolo in great nick and for 70euros.
what a thrill to find such a stunning bike so cheap.

'afterhick' or 'postpeasant' is what it means in polish, hence my laugh

i'm only now starting to be able to say it out load. it's a french builder with maybe polish roots if it's a polish name that is. maybe not if it means that.

I think I have heard of him, and France was somewhere in the context. defo polish roots. pics?

i did find a cinelli sc frame in red with chrome lugs in great condition. 20€
it was too small for me so i sold it for 400€. i also found an early 80s bianchi all chrome super leggera frame and forks at the same time for 50€ which was my size so i kept that one.
