^ Probably, but the fact your cranks have been fitted to ISO now may cause you problems.
I think it's best to stick to one type of taper only so you may be better putting them on a longer ISO bb.
That said, I've fitted used Dura Ace 7600 track cranks that came from a japanese keirin dealer (and so had most likely been used with the correct ISO taper bb) on ebay to a JIS taper bottom bracket and they seem to be fine.
