When I got a new OTP bike, the standard kits mean the bike was too long for me, but when changed from a 110mm stem to a 90mm, it fit perfectly.
What I mean is that it's possible to make it fit you better with a small change.
It could be the saddle need to be set back a bit further if my assumption is anything to go (the steeper the seat tube get the smaller the frame go).
