Been thinking how tired I am of this cold. 6 degrees when I set off at 6am. At least the nodders were still hibernating.

Too cold for short sleeves at 7:30. had to strip 2 layers off at 8. ffs

Lovely and warm up here in Yorkshire though. Apparently it'll get to 20 degrees later. Madness!

Long johns under Swrve shorts topped off with a Rapha softshell seemed a good idea at 9 this morning, less so at 11am... It's sweltering! #ish
