Neither, I've only unclipped during bunnyhops (recently) and skids.

I recommend you check your cleats and tensioning if you're unclipping during commuter level acceleration.

I actually had that unpleasant experience when putting down power going up a slight incline in a parking lot i grab lunch everyday... was my left foot while pulling up unclipped and layed down my cf frame

I thought the 'dale looked pretty fast, low front end, stretched out... Just the kind of bike I've been meaning to build for a while but know that I'd never really use.
