Right, ride registered with Rapha - apparently I should be plugging it on Facebook but I'm not on facebook, so have linked to here, instead.
Here's is the latest blurb from Waffa. Not sure how generating a lot of publicity for Rahpa is going to make our ride a success, but yeah, here it is anyway
To make this Sunday a success we need to make some noise online so please could you do two things:
at the start of your ride ask the women to tweet / instagram / facebook during their ride using **#womens100 and @rapharacing . **If it's not hashtagged we wont be able to see it. You can start building momentum now, so get tweeting!
ask as many women as possible to log their data on Strava. This can be done using a Garmin OR on a mobile phone with the Strava app. Ideally let your riders know before the ride so they can join Strava and download the app. http://www.strava.com/challenges/rapha-womens-100
On Monday or Tuesday we would be grateful if you could let us know how many women you had on your ride and also send us the best photo you took from the day. We'll publish some of these online so please only send photos that you're happy for us to put up on our website.
Best anti-sufferfest pic required here. Moody, but not suffering approach

And here's my blurb:
Route a few posts down - it's a pretty flat ride and we'll be going at a nice, social pace - no people disappearing over the horizon, wee stops, snack stops and proper pub lunch stop I reckon. Glorious sunshine, ice cream, chips and animals will also feature if it I've got anything to do with it - basically the anti sufferfest.
The route from Greenwich is just over 100km but will look into how to extend the route for those who fancy turning it into a metric century.
Come single speed, fixed (I'll be riding fixed) or with as many gears as you fancy.
Group save back from Herne Bay to London is just over £10.
IMPORTANT RIDE STUFF
It's going to be sunshine-y bright. Please bring suntan lotion (and put it on!)
Refreshments - please bring a water bottle and keep hydrated. We'll be stopping every 15 miles or so and will never be far from civilisation/shops so you don't need to bring ALL OF THE STUFF
We'll have a proper pub/lunch stop for those that want to buy lunch. Will be in a village with shops for those that don't
Do bring sweets/bananas/gels/snacks of choice - small stuff just to nibble on like that you can carry in a pocket
Bring a couple of spare tubes and tools needed to fix a flat. If you don't have the tools, don't go and buy though as I suspect we'll have stuff between us
I'm predicting ride will take about 6hrs given stops and size of group
Train home costs £10.75 if we organise into groups of 4 - trains pretty frequent and take 1hr27 into Victoria
UPDATED FIRST POST!
Meet from 9am for a strict 9.30am grand depart outside main entrance of Greenwich train station.
ROUTE! Ignore the previous one which had a wierd loop on it making it 90 odd miles instead of the 60-odd/100k
