Spotter not that physically large but fairly grand in places..
Barts hospital has a pathology museum with spiral staircase, triple height main area with 2x galleries going round the outside. They will probably let you in if you ask nicely.
Similarly the great hall there has a fantastic staircase leading up to it with murals by hogarth. Rarely used. Rarely locked
