I'm quite liking this sleveless malarkey, swimming on monday, running on tuesday, cycing on weds, swimming thursday, rest friday, cycling saturday and long run on sunday.
Much more interesting than running followed by running followed by more running.
Is 180 per year including all training sessions reasonable (my gut feeling is that its pretty good value just for 2 coached swim sessions per week...?
