22:00 as the next available time for 12 guests
21:30 for 10 guests
21:30 for 8 guests

I take it this is not happening now? Someone is asking if I can work tomorrow night, and I am probably going to say yes.

If this isn't happening because of the deposit issues, may I suggest that next time a £10 deposit is paid to the organiser/No 1 on the list to their paypal account, as you add your name to the list, so the deposit can be paid. Always seems a bit unfair to expect someone to take all the risk.
